We recently completed over 2 miles of sidewalk cleaning within a golf course community in Ormond Beach, FL.

After providing a demo of our pressure washing services and consulting with the community property manager and HOA Board representatives we were awarded the job based on the quality of our demo, the explanation and presentation of our methods, our quality guarantee and our ability to carry over 500 gallons of water per rig.

With heavy tree coverage in many areas of the community, we were faced with cleaning sidewalks that had thick mildew growth, heavy soil and dirt deposits, tree sap, lichen and seed staining. As can be seen in our photographs we successfully cleaned the sidewalks to bring them back to a condition that was both aesthetically pleasing and safer for residents - the removal of the slick, dirty surface of the sidewalks reduced the risk of falling from slips and trips.

With a satisfied property manager, no disruption to community activities and numerous positive comments from residents we are pleased with the success of this pressure washing project in Ormond Beach, FL. We continue to provide excellent power washing and sidewalk cleaning services throughout Florida and are excited about the prospect of continuing to offer these pressure washing services to communities throughout the Orlando Metro area, Kissimmee, Davenport and Clermont areas.
